The Gelso Rosa is made from the Aglianico grape variety, which grows on the volcanic soil of Basilicata, a wine region in southern Italy. A delicious light, dry wine to enjoy together during a long sultry summer evening. The Château du Donjon is located in the south of France, in the Languedoc, 10 km from the medieval city of Carcassonne. This aromatic wine is a blend of the grapes Merlot (50%), Grenache (25%) and Cinsault (25%). Together they form a balanced rosé with fine aromas of fruit, strawberries and flowers. Delicious to drink on its own, or with a fresh salad with fruit and white cheese.
